Scott’s expertise is hard to beat. He joined Bayleys over 17 years ago and operated as a high performing Bayleys Commercial broker, regularly featuring in Bayleys Top 10 commercial brokers nationally. He was the General Manager for Bayleys North West Auckland, responsible for the Residential and Commercial businesses in this region, before moving on to his present role as General Manager for the Bayleys Remuera and St Heliers offices.

 

In order to deliver the best outcome for vendors Scott assists his agents to grow and develop, empowering them to succeed. His extensive sales and real estate skills are invaluable in assisting his team of professionals. He takes both a strategic approach, as well as continuing to operate at the coalface alongside his people. MIKE BAYLEY Managing Director for Bayley Corporation Limited

Mike is Managing Director for Bayley Corporation Limited and has ultimate responsibility for overseeing the operations of Bayleys Realty Group, Bayleys Property Services and Bayleys Real Estate Limited. The Bayleys Group is New Zealand’s largest, private full service property company concluding in excess of $11billion in transactions annually and employing over 2000 people operating out of 91 offices throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Mike is a graduate of Auckland University, an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and has in excess of 25 years experience in the property industry both within New Zealand and internationally. Prior to taking on his current areas of responsibility Mike was General Manager for the real estate operations of the Bayleys Group responsible for overseeing the agency and transaction side of the business.

Conor Patton National Auction Manager

With a foundation as a real estate salesperson, Conor has immense respect for the work that is done behind the scenes leading up to the auction. He relishes the opportunity to lead mid-auction negotiations and be involved in post-sale strategies and follow-up where necessary.  Conor believes these touches outside of auction day are often the foundation upon which success is built.
